Our teams operate across key global regions, combining local expertise with global insight to support customers throughout the product lifecycle, from installation to long-term service.

How many times have you exhibited at the Lift & Escalator Symposium?

This will be our second time exhibiting.

‍Why is the event important for you to attend?

‍As an exhibitor, the opportunity to also engage with the audience of attendees is invaluable both in promoting our products & services and gaining attendees insight into current industry trends and customer needs.

What key themes are you seeing with customers this year?

‍ Many end clients are struggling with lifts being put out of service due to insurance defects related to the autodialler system. In most cases the autodialler is not at fault and its issues with telephone lines or SIM cards, but this can be difficult for end clients to identify. This is leading to a surge in interest around EN81-28 3-dat test call monitoring and management of autodialler systems.

Our new EN81-72/BS8899 fire service communication system with remote monitoring capabilities.

‍What would you say to someone who has not attended before?

The papers presented at the Symposium offer an interesting insight to a variety of subjects related to vertical transportation so should be interest to anyone in the vertical transportation field.
